For these mice you can use any kind of recipe for meat balls. Who doesn’t has one, can follow my recipe:

ingredients:

• 400 gr minced meat;
• 2 slices of bread;
• 2 o 3 spoons grated cheese;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• a few tablespoons of milk;
• 1 thinly sliced frankfurter ;
• few capers;
• a few sprigs of rosemary;
• oil for frying.

procedimento:

1. crumble the bread and soak it in some milk and then squeeze it;
2. in a bowl mix all the ingredients;
3. take some of the mixture and give it the shape of the mouse (more or less a cone);
4. fried the “mice” in a pan with a little oil;
5. when they are ready, put them on a plate and place a caper on the top of the cone as the nose;
6. for the ears make two small cuts and put in 2 slices of frankfurter;
7. for the mouse’s whiskers put in 2 o 3 sprigs of rosemary close to the nose on both sides.
