Ingredients:
- 250 gr flour;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 150 gr cold butter;
- 100 gr fine sugar;
- 10 gr vanilla sugar;
- 150 gr apricot jam.
Let’s knead!
- Pour the flour on the worktop, make a hole in the center and put salt, egg yolk, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar;
- knead quickly;
- make a ball with the dough, cover it with plastic film and refrigerate for about an hour;
- Once the dough is cooled, roll it out about 3 mm thick and cut into star-shaped cookies;
- in half of the cookies cut in the center, a small star;
- bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, pay attention not to let them darken, must remain clear;
- put the jam in a small pan and melt it over low heat;
- put a little ‘of jam in the center of a full cookie and put over a cookie with the “central hole”;
- leave them for a few hours, better overnight, the jam will solidify and they won’t stick one to another.
