- 125 gr butter;
- 70 gr brown sugar;
- 70 gr white sugar;
- 250 gr flour;
- 1 egg;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Let’s knead!
- with the help of a mixer cream the butter with the sugar;
- add egg, vanilla essence and pumpkin and mix it;
- separately mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon;
- add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well;
- put the dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper;
- bake at 175 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
