Ingredients:
- 200 gr all purpose flour;
- 50 gr corn starch;
- 90 gr caster sugar;
- 100 gr butter:
- 1 egg;
- 1 table spoon baking ammonia;
- 20 – 25 wine grapes.
Let’s knead!:
- wash the wine grapes, dry them, take out the seeds and cut them in pieces;
- in a bowl mix flour, ammonia and sugar, add the egg and the butter cut in pieces, and start to knead;
- when the dough is soft and smooth add the grapes and knead until the grapes are mixed well;
- roll the dough into balls the size of a nut, put them on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper, and gently flatten them with your palm;
- bake at 180° for about 15 minutes.
