These little cakes are not made with apples, but by apples!
This is also a recipe that I found while I was in bed with the flu, the original one contained the quark that is a cheese that in most Italian regions is not possible to find. After making the necessary changes and having tried them several times, I came to this recipe.
Everyone al my place love them and not only my husband and my children who as you know are my guinea pigs, but also friends who came these last few dys at our house. Take note that these little cakes contain many apples, and once baked cooled down, they will dazzle a because the apples will lose volume. Volume yes, but not taste!

- 600 gr green apples;
- 1 lemon juice;
- 8 gr baking powder;
- 25 gr sugar;
- 1 tsp cinnamon;
- 30 gr spreadable cheese;
- 20 gr Greek yogurt;
- 15 gr seed oil;
- 1 egg.
