Now it’s time for Christmas cookies, and I start with a spicy recipe, but not a cinnamon or ginger one, these are aniseed shortbread.
The dough is very sticky and it is better to use it when it is very cold. I suggest you to keep it in the fridge and take it out a little at a time.

- 2 tsp aniseed;
- 1 egg;
- 200 gr flour.
