After pumpkin gnocchi, a new recipe with pumpkin, but this time sweet: pumpkin muffins. Soft and delicately spiced with cinnamon, and with a beautiful typically autumn orange color. Before I used the pumpkin I baked it in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour. For cooking a dry pumpkin it’s better to bake it. Well, let’s see now how I made it.
