Here is the second recipe without added sugar. It’s a really easy recipe. If you have no time you can buy ready-made bread dough. I used the one with whole wheat flour, but you can also use that of white flour.
To make the dough softer I spreaded the surface with softened butter at room temperature, but if you want a light or vegan recipe, you can not even put it. The pasta will be a little ‘drier, but yummy anyway.

- 400 gr bread dough;
- 20 gr soft butter room temperature;
- 2 tbsp cinnamon;
- 1 1/2 banana;
- 40 gr raisin;
- walnut.
