Summer is comining and hummus is perfect for an the open air happy hour served with crackers or raw vegetables such as carrots, courgettes or celery cut into sticks. I propose it in 3 different versions. Quick and easy if you prepare it once, you will not forget it anymore.
Ingredients:
- already boiled chickpeas;
- 2 pinches of salt;
- 3 tbsp extravergin olive oil;
- 2 tbsp Tahina sauce;
classic version, add:
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 tbsp parsley;
- the juice 1/2 lemon;
pesto version;
- 3 tsp pesto;
tomato version:
- 50 gr dried tomatoes.
