Ingredients:
- 125 gr all-purpose flour;
- 50 gr caster sugar;
- 50 gr fine brown sugar;
- 50 gr butter;
- 140 gr apple puree;
- grated rind of one lemon;
- 1 tea spoon baking powder;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon;
- 10 chopped walnuts.
Let’s knead!
- in a bowl whisk butter with sugar;
- add apple puree and lemon rind and stir all together;
- add sifted flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix well;
- at the end add walnuts;
- on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper drop teaspoonfuls of the dough 3 or 4 cm apart from one another;
- bake at 190° for about 10 minutes.
