The idea for this savory cake came to me, as always, running. The recipe is the one of the sweet cake where: instead of sugar I put 2 teaspoons of salt and parmesan, and instead of apples I put asparagus.
My family found it really yummy and I hope you like it too.
The jar of a 125 g yogurt is used as a unit of measurement.
Ingredients:
- 400 gr asparagus;
- 1 jar of natural yogurt;
- 1 jar of seed oil (I used soybean oil);
- 2 jars of flour;
- 1/2 pkt baking powder for pies;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tsps fine salt;
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil;
- oil and bread crumps for the pan.
I used a plumcake pan, but if you prefer you can also use a round pan. Well, you just have to try and, I recommend, let me know how it came to you.
