I don’t know about you, but every year after Christmas we have some more weight and some leftover pandoro and panettone. Nobody wants to eat them anymore as we ate too much of them during holidays. So I had the idea to toast the pandoro and make these yummy cookies with tea jelly. Thank you Barbara from La Teiera Eclettica that let me know it. The sour taste of jelly is perfect with the soft and sweet taste of pandoro. It’s a really very easy recipe for everyone. Try it and then let me know what do you think about it!
