Ingredients:
- 1roll of rectangular puffy pastry;
- 2 peaches (about 400 gr);
- 2 tablespoons of sugar for the filling plus a bit for baking;
- 3 hazelnut cookies;
- 2 tablespoons of milk.
Let’s knead:
- peel the peaches and cut them in a bowl;
- add sugar and cookies crashed, and mix well;
- unroll the puffy pastry and cut it into 9 rectangles (see the video of the mini strawberry strudel);
- pour a spoonful of peaches on each rectangle of pastry;
- fold the rectangle in half and form 9 little strudels;
- make 3 small cuts on each strudel;
- brush them with milk and sprinkle with sugar;
- bake at 200 ° for 13 – 15 minutes until golden.
