Ingredients:
- 200 gr of amaranth flour;
- 170 grams of rice flour;
- 50 grams of brown sugar;
- 75 gr of chopped almonds;
- 60 gr of soybean oil;
- 300 gr of water;
- 5 tablespoons of strawberry jam.
Let’s knead!
- In a bowl mix almonds with amaranth flour, rice flour and sugar;
- add oil and knead;while kneading and add water a little at a time until you have a soft dough;
- form balls and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper;
- with your thumb forming a dip into the center of the balls and add half a teaspoon of strawberry jam;
- bake in oven at 180 ° for 20 – 25 minutes.
