Ingredients:
- 150 grams of flour;
- 125 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of brown sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 60 g chopped hazelnuts;
- 1 spoon of coffee powder;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Let’s knead!
- with a blender whisk the butter with the sugar till creamy;
- add the egg and coffee powder and mix well;
- add hazelnuts, flour and baking powder and mix until the mixture is soft;
- put the mixture by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon;
- bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
