Ingredients:
- half ripe banana;
- 50 gr caster sugar;
- 60 gr soybean oil;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 55 gr corn starch;
- 215 gr all-purpose flour;
Let’s knead!!
- in a bowl cut the banana in small pieces and mash it with a fork;
- add oil, sugar and baking powder, and mix all together;
- in another bowl mix the flour with corn starch and add the liquid ingredients;
- the dough must be soft and not sticky, if it is necessary, add some more flour a little at a time;
- rollout the dough 5 mm thick and cut it with a cookie cutter;
- put the cookies 1 cm apart on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper;
- bake at 180° for 10 – 12 minutes;
- the cookies are ready when they have a golden colour.
