Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower, about 1 kg;
- 1 leek;
- 3 tablespoon of bread crumbs;
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated yeast (or, if you prefer, grated cheese);
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- sale.
Let’s knead!
- divide the cauliflower into florets and steam it;
- cut the leek into rings and stew it in a pan with a little of oil for about ten minutes;
- add to the leek the cauliflower when ready and pan fried for 4 or 5 minuti);
- blend everything;
- add the yeast (or, if you prefer, grated cheese), and season with salt;
- if the dough is too soft, add a little of ‘bread crumbs;
- roll the mixture into balls and place on an oiled baking sheet, and flattening them a bit ‘with the palm of the hand;
- bake in oven at 180° for about 20 minutes turning upside down halfway.
