I continue on without eating cakes and cookies, and so I thought to prepare these savory rosemary and curry crackers. I made them with the blender, but if you prefer you can knead them by hand. Roll out the dough quite thin, the cookies will rise in the oven. As baking powder I used the one for savory cake, be careful not to use the vanilla one for sweet cakes! The amount of curry to use is indicative. I put 1/2 teaspoon of it and they came tasty, but not very strong, if you prefer stronger flavors, add more.
These crackers are excellent with cheese, also spreadable and could accompany a plate of cheese and han for an aperitif.
Ingredients:
- 225gr flour;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder;
- 2 tbsp Rosemary leaves ;
- 1/2 tsp curry powder;
- salt;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 60 gr olive oil;
- 60 gr cold water.
