Here we with the third cookie recipe with no added sugar. Did you tried the other recipes? In these cookies I used the concentrated juice of 2 apples. I centrifuged the apples and then reduced the juice on a very low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. If you do not have a juice extractor, you can blend the apples without the core and the seeds and dry it over the low heat. If once mixed all the ingredients, the dough is too dry, add cold water: one spoon at a time, until the dough is soft.

- 300 gr wholemeal flour;
- 8 gr backing powder;
- 30 gr raisin;
- 2 apples reduced juice;
- 1 pinch bourbon vanilla;
- 100 gr soybean oil.
