Who loves piadina and pizza, please forgive me. The piadizza in our house was born about ten years ago when a Sunday evening my sons (then children) insistently asked me the pizza. I did not have time to prepare the dough and after having withour success proposed a piadina, I thought to dress it like a pizza and to cook it on the stove in a pan. It was a success and since then piadizza is a very valid alternative to traditional pizza. In the video I propose you a”white red and green” pizza since next week in Italy we celebrate the Republic, but it can be seasoned as a pizza margherita: tomato and mozzarella, or with the addition of ham or other cheeses. A version that I really like is with stracchino and apple. It is prepared in no time and can also be offered for a last-minute aperitif. A few minutes to prepare it and then you can offer it either sliced or cut into pieces. Few ingredients: a piadina and what your imagination suggests! At this point you just have to watch my video.
