ricotta and strawberry tart

Ricotta desserts are among my favorites and I hope you like them too. In this video I prepare a ricotta and strawberry tart decorated with small flowers. Let’s start!

Ingredients:

for the dough:

• 200 gr flour;
• 65 gr sugar;
• 1 egg;
• 1 sachet of vanillin;
• 125 gr butter.

for the filling:

• 350 gr ricotta cheese;
• 100 gr sugar;
• 1 egg;
• the grated lemon zest;
• 2 or 3 table spoons of Marsala;
• strawberries.
