This recipe is suitable for this season. From the oven will come out a parfum of spices that remembers Christmas. It’s an easy and fast recipe that uses as unit of measure a wine glass. I used one of 160 cl , and I added about 350 gr of flour. The quantity of flour is variable: you have to add it till when the dough will be soft and non sticky any more.

- 1 glass soybean oil:
- 1 glass sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- 1/2 tsp ginger;
- 1 pinch crushed colves;
- flour: as much as the dough can get;
- 2 or 3 tbsp sugar to be sprinkled.
