to make 4 eggs:

• 4 slices of brioche;
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese;
• 2 teaspoons powdered sugar;
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
• 1/2 peaches in syrup;
• a tablespoon of milk;
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to grease.
