Ingredients:
- 250 g flour;
- 120 g butter;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- 60 g of grated coconut;
- 1 egg;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence;
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Let’s knead!
- cream the butter with the sugar till the creamy and fluffy,
- add egg and vanilla essence and stir until they are well mixed;
- add coconut, flour and baking powder, knead with hands until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky;
- roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut with a cutter in the shape of bunny;
- bake in oven at 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes
