17th March is my name day and we celebrate St. Patrick the patron saint of Ireland. When I was a child, and the school began on 1st October, for my birthday (September 3rd) I was used to be on holiday and my parents used to organized me the party with my friends for the name day. 17th March, for me has always been an important date and sooner or later I’m going to spend it in Ireland to celebrate it as it should be. For the moment I’m happy to celebrate it at home with these cookies made by Irish beer. The clover-shaped decoration is due to the tradition that says that St. Patrick used it to explain the Holy Trinity.
