To prepare these cookies I used a blender
Ingredients:
- 170 grams of whole wheat flour;
- 50 grams of sesame;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- 75 g extra virgin olive oil;
- 50 g of cold water.
Let’s knead!
- in a pan toast the sesame seeds over low heat for 4-5 minutes until it becomes light brown;
- in a food processor put flour, toasted sesame and salt and mix everything;
- add the oil a little by little;
- then add water little by little again;
- roll out the dough 2 – 3 mm thick and cut the dough with a round cutter of about 4 cm in diameter;
- bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
doses for about 35 crackers, I like them plain, but you can also eat them with cheese or sauces
