Ingredients:
- 250 grams of flour;
- 30 grams of sugar;
- 250 grams of milk;
- 65 g butter;
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence;
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- some tablespoons of milk to brush the cookies;
Let’s knead!
- pour the flour on th table, make a hole in the center, add all ingredients and knead until the dough is soft and smooth;
- roll out the dough 2 mm high and cut it with a round cookie cutter;
- put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and with the help of a fork make some holes on each cookie;
- brush the bcookies with milk and bake at 150 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until they are golden.
