Ingredients:
- 200 gr shelled peanuts;
- 200 grams of flour;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 100 grams of soybean oil;
- 1 beaten egg yolk;
- few peanuts for garnish.
Let’s knead!
- in a nonstick pan over low heat, toast the nuts for about ten minutes, but pay attentio, they don’t have to become dark brown:
- with a food processor chop the peanuts;
- in a bowl mix peanuts, flour, sugar and salt;
- add the oil little by little and knead until the dough will be soft;
- roll the dough into balls of about 10 grams each, put them on the baking sheet and flatten slightly with the hand palm;
- put half a peanut in the center of each ball;
- brush each cookie with egg yolk;
- bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
