what we need:
- 80 gr soft butter;
- 50 gr caster sugar;
- 50 gr brown sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 100 all-purpose flour;
- 1 pinch salt;
- 1 teaspoon bakingpowder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- 1 pinch nutmeg;
- 150 gr oatmeal;
- 70 gr rasin;
let’s knead:
- cream the butter with sugar until fluffy and add the egg;
- in a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, bakingpowder, cinnamon and nutmeg;
- mix well together dry and liquid ingredients;
- add oatmeal and raisin softened in hot water;
- put the baking paper on a baking tray;
- roll the dough in balls slightly bigger than a wallnut, put them on the tray and flatten with the hand palm;
- bake in oven 180° for about 10 minutes till when the ccokies will be light brown
