Ingredients:
- 100 grams of flour;
- 40 grams of soft butter;
- 30 grams of Parmesan cheese;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- 1 egg;
- 2 coarsely chopped walnuts.
Let’s keand!
- put the flour on top and add salt, grated cheese, butter, egg and knead shorfly;
- finally add the walnuts and mix until the dough is soft and elastic;
- roll out the dough 4 mm high and cut it with a cutter shaped like a crescent;
- bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
