I suggest to knead this dough by hand because it contain shortening that melts with the heat of your hands.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of flour;
- 300 grams of sugar;
- 100 grams of shortening;
- 4 eggs;
- 2 packets of yeast;
- 8 g of yeast.
Let’s knead!
- place the flour on work surface, add the baking powder, and sugar;
- dissolve the yeast in half a glass of lukewarm water and add it to the mixture;
- at the end add eggs and shortening and knead until the dough will be soft and elastic. If the dough is too dry, add some tablespoons of water;
- take a small amount of pasta and form a roll of about 1 cm diameter and as long as you prefer and form donuts or the eights;
- bake at 180° for about 10 minutes until they have a golden color.
