Ingredients:
- 270 gr whole wheat flour;
- 60 gr of agave syrup;
- 60 gr of soybean oil;
- 80 gr of soy milk;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice;
- grated rind of one orange;
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Let’s knead!
- mix the flour with the baking powder agave syrup and soybean oil;
- add cinnamon grated rind, juice and milk little by little;
- knead the dough until soft and elastic;
- roll out the dough 4 mm high and cut into the desired shape, I used a cutter in the shape of flower;
- bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
