Ingredients:
- 300 grams of flour;
- 100 grams of butter;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon milk;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence:
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa;
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam.
Let’s knead!
- mix the flour with sugar and butter until it becomes sandy;
- add egg and milk and knead until the dough is soft, smooth;
- split the dough into 2 parts: add to one the essence of vanilla, and to the other add the cocoa;
- divide again both the dough into 2 parts;
for the lollipops chocolate and vanilla:
- roll out one piece of chocolate and one vanilla dough, forming two rectangles, moisten the chocolate dough with water and leanthe vanilla one over it, stick them together using a rolling pin;
- roll up the two doughs on the long side and put them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour;
- once cooled cut into disks at least 6 mm high and insert in each a stick for food;
- bake at 180° for about 14 minutes.
for lollipops strawberry and vanilla:
- rool out the dough with vanilla, forming a rectangle, spread on it a thin layer of strawberry jam, roll it on the short side and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour;
- once the dough cooled, cut it into disks at least 6 mm high and place in each a stick for food;
- bake in oven at 180 ° for about 14 minutes:
for chocolate balls:
- roll the last part of the cocoa dough into balls slightly larger than a walnut and put in the fridge for at least half an hour;
- when the dough will be cooled insert a stick in the balls and bake at 180 degrees for about 14 minutes;
- once cooled spread a line of chocolate cream on each balls and pass them in colored sugar sprinkles.
