If you can, you’d better use a mixer. And I? I’m using my old Bimby.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr flour;
- 100 gr wildflower honey;
- 180 gr cold butter cut in pieces;
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon;
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
Let’s knead!
- in the jar of the mixer put flour, cinnamon ginger and butter and blend until the mixture is in lumps (Bimby speed 4 for about a minute);
- add the honey and blend again till when the dough will be soft and smooth;
- form a ball with the dough, wrap it with a film place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- when it is the dough is cold, roll it half cm thick and cut with cookie-cutter shaped like a snowflake;
- bake at 180° for about 10 minutes ;
- let cool the cookies and decorate themwith white icing.
