For this recipe it would be better to use a blender, ….. I use my old Bimby!
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of margarine;
- 80 grams of icing sugar;
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar vanilla;
- 2 tablespoons of cold water;
- 200 grams of corn starch;
- 50 grams of flour.
Let’s knead!
- put in the bowl of the food processor margarine, 60 grams of icing sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of cold water and whisk for about 30 seconds (Bimby speed 4);
- add flour and starch and mix everything (Bimby speed 2 for 30 seconds) until it will be perfectly mixed;
- put in the refrigerator the mixture for at least 30 minutes;
- when cool roll the dough into balls as big as a walnut;
- bake at 160 degrees for 12 ‘.
In order to make the balls without sticking to hands, it is important that the mix is well cool. If 30 minutes is not enough (not all refrigerators have the same temperature), let it cool a bit ‘more.
