ingredients:
- 140 gr of chickpea flour;
- 60 gr of brown sugar;
- 25 gr of toasted and chopped nuts;
- 60 gr of soybean oil;
- grated zest of 1 orange;
- 70 gr bitter chocolate grated;
- 100 gr of orange juice.
let’s knead!
- toasted chickpea flour for 10 minutes in a pan, stirring with a wooden spoon and be careful not to let it burn;
- with a blender chop the dark chocolate;
- when the flour will be lukewarm, add sugar, hazelnuts, orange zest, and mix well;
- then add chocolate, soybean oil and the orange juice and knead well;
- the dough must be soft and a bit ‘sticky;
- roll th dough into a cylinder shape, cover with a plastic film and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes;
- take the dough and slice it in slices half cm thick;
- put the slices on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper;
- bake at 180° for 10 – 12 minues
ciao Patrizia, ma dei biscotti al cioccolato un po più classici? Sono certa che questi saranno buonissimi e sicuramente questa ricetta nei miei ricettari non c’è quindi la proverò ma qualcosa di meno vegano mi piacerebbe assai … 😋
