ingredients:
- 450 g flour;
- 120 g sugar;
- 100 gr of lard;
- 25 g fresh yeast or 00 gr dried, dissolved in water;
- 20 grams of aniseed;
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Let’s knead!
- on a pastry board mix together all the ingredients adding about one glass of warm water a little at a time;
- knead the dough for 20 minutes, it should be soft, but firm and not sticky;
- give to the dough a stck form as big as your pinky and set them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper;
- let rise cookies for an hour in a warm place;
- bake at 150° for about 30 minutes or until the cookies have a light brown color.
