Ingredients:
- 100 grams of flour;
- 120 grams of oat flakes:
- 170 grams of butter;
- 50 gr caster sugar:
- 100 gr brown sugar:
- 1 egg yolk;;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- a pinch of nutmeg;
- a pinch of salt;
- 100 gr of raisins.
Let’s knead!
- in a bowl whisk butter with sugar until soft and cream, then add the egg yolk;
- in another bowl mix the flour with baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins soaked in hot water, and add it to the butter cream;
- at the end add the oat;ixture into balls, and flatten them with the handpalm;
- bake in the oven at 180° for 10 – 12 minutes.
