Also this recipe requires a blender, I used my old Bimby.
ingredients:
- 100 gr unpeeled almonds;
- 120 gr of sugar;
- 35 g butter;
- 220 grams of flour;
- 1 egg;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Let’s knead!
- blend at high speed the almonds with sugar for 1 minute (Bimby speed 12 for 30 ‘;
- add remaining ingredients and blend at medium speed (Binby speed 5) for a 2 minutes;
- ttake the dough a little at a time and with wet hands give it the shape of an oval;
- put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper;
- bake at 180 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
