For these mice you can use any kind of recipe for meat balls. Who doesn’t has one, can follow my recipe:
ingredients:
- 400 gr minced meat;
- 2 slices of bread;
- 2 o 3 spoons grated cheese;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- a few tablespoons of milk;
- 1 thinly sliced frankfurter ;
- few capers;
- a few sprigs of rosemary;
- oil for frying.
procedimento:
- crumble the bread and soak it in some milk and then squeeze it;
- in a bowl mix all the ingredients;
- take some of the mixture and give it the shape of the mouse (more or less a cone);
- fried the “mice” in a pan with a little oil;
- when they are ready, put them on a plate and place a caper on the top of the cone as the nose;
- for the ears make two small cuts and put in 2 slices of frankfurter;
- for the mouse’s whiskers put in 2 o 3 sprigs of rosemary close to the nose on both sides.
