Ingredients:
- 250 gr flour;
- 80gr caster sugar;
- 80 gr cold butter;
- 1 uovo;
- 1/2 tea spoon baking powder;
- 2 spoons milk;
- 30 almonds cut in half.
let’s knead!
- put the flour on the pastry board, make a hole in the middle, and pour sugar, baking powder, butter cut in pieces egg and milk;
- knead quickly till when the dough is soft;
- make a ball with the dough, cover with a plastic film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes;
- take the dough one piece at a time and roll it in finger shape 5 cm long;
- cut lightly the dough to make knuckle;
- place the cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 180° for 13 – 14 minutes.
