Also for this recipe you have to use a blender. As the previous recipe I used my “dear old Bimby”!
Ingredients:
- 200 gr black beans already boiled;
- 20 gr of chickpea flour;
- a pinch of salt;
- 50 gr of brown sugar;
- 30 gr of soybean oil;
- half a teaspoon of ammonia for cakes;
- 20 grams of raisins soaked in hot water.
Let’s knead!
- put the beans in the bowl of a blender and blend at high speed (for my Bimby speed 12) for 2 to 3 minutes;
- add the chickpea flour and blend for another minute;
- add salt, sugar, ammonia and even oil and blend for 1 minute more;
- at the end add the raisins without blending, but just stir them in;
- put it in spoonfuls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper;
- bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes.
