ingredients:
- 200 gr all-purpose flour;
- 50 gr corn starch;
- 1 egg;
- 65 gr brown sugar;
- 1 teaspoon (the real one) baking powder;
- 75 gr soybean oil;
- 2 tablespoon (the real ones) soluble coffee;
- 3 tablespoon (the real ones) cold water;
let’s knead!
- in a bowl sift flour, corn starch and baking powder, and add sugar and coffee ground to powder;
- add the egg, lightly beaten, oil and cold water;
- knead the dough till soft and smooth;
- roll out the dough 5 mm thick and cut rectangles 2 cm wide and 5 cm long;
- cover the cookie sheet with baking paper and lay the cookies apart from one another;
- bake at 180° for 10 minutes;
