ingredients:
- 170 gr all-purpose flour;
- 50 gr corn starch;
- 50 gr caster sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 60 gr soyabean oil;
- 1/2 teaspoon (real tea spoon) baking powder;
- 2 o 3 tablespoon (real table spoon) strawberry jam;
let’s knead!
- in a bowl beat the egg with sugar, baking powder and oil;
- add the flour one spoon at a time;
- knead the dough till when will be soft and no more sticky;
- roll out the dough 5 mm thick and cut it with a flower shape cutter;
- put some jam in the center of the cookie;
- bake in the oven at 180° for 10 – 12 minutes;
