ingredients:
- 1 kg flour
- 350 gr sugar
- 350 gr cold butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
let’s knead!
- put all the flour on the pastry board, make a hole in the middle, and pour the sugar, baking powder, butter cut in pieces and the eggs;
- knead quickly till when the dough is soft;
- make a ball with de dough, cover with a plastic film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes;
- rollout the dough and cut it in the shape you desire;.
- place the cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 180° for 12-14 minutes or till when the cookies will be golden.
